The RICE principle

Built on the RICE principle

For sprains, strains and bruises, doctors and physiotherapists often recommend RICE.

IceCool takes care of Ice and Compression together, evenly and at the right level, for as long as you need, with no dripping ice packs.

R

How it works

Cold and compression, working together

Cold therapy

Reduces inflammation and swelling, eases muscle spasms and relieves pain without medication.

+

Pulse compression

Squeezes and releases like your own muscles do, moving swelling away from the injury and bringing in fresh, oxygen-rich blood. It also helps the cold go deeper.
